Welcome to Black Canyon, where for more than a dozen years our customers have been savoring the taste and aroma of the world's best coffees. In each Black Canyon café we serve the most delicious coffee made from the very best all-natural coffee beans.
Black Canyon starts with the highest grades of green arabica coffee beans, most of which are grown in the far north of Thailand. Here, the farmers grow their coffee trees in the shade of lychee and longan fruit trees. The coffee trees sprout large clusters of brilliant white flowers that smell a little like jasmine. Once the flowers have faded, they are replaced by the green "cherries" that will grow large and plump until they slowly begin to turn bright red. The farmers carefully select only the cherries that are fully ripe. Then the cherries are pulped and dried naturally. Black Canyon's experts then roast the beans to bring out the exact taste required for each of our coffees. The roasted coffee is packed in single serving foil pouches to preserve their freshness until the exact moment they are needed. When you order, our expert baristas open a pouch of the appropriate coffee, grind the beans and brew the coffee using the espresso-cappuccino machine.
